Entrare nell’arcipelago delle Isole eolie è qualcosa di “Magico” per le visioni paesaggistiche che mostra.\nLipari è l’isola più grande, dal mare è possibile ammirare le splendide cale come quella del Fico e le spiagge di Vinci, Valle Muria, Punta della Castagna e Capo Rosso. Interessante il Museo Archeologico, situato nel Castello di Lipari, che sorge in un’ampia baia sulla costa orientale, tra le due insenature di Marina Lunga, e Marina Corta, ancora oggi i migliori approdi. Con un po' di fortuna si può assistere alla Sciara del Fuoco colata lavica\nIl mare è limpidissimo dal fondale nero. Da visitare sono il borgo di San Vincenzo dove attraccano le barche; la frazione di Ginostra abbarbicata sulla roccia e raggiungibile solo con una mulattiera; lo scoglio dello Strombolicchio, sormontato da un grande faro e nato da una delle più antiche eruzioni vulcaniche delle isole Eolie. \nAlicudi e Filicudi le isole più occidentali dell’arcipelago caratterizzati da crateri di vulcani
