Dia is a NATURA protected, uninhabited island, located about 7 nautical miles off the northern coast of Crete. Jacques-Yves Cousteau's findings in the island, in 1974, are of great archaeological interest. The island was inhabited by the Minoans and played a critical role in navigation and sailing during the Minoan times. It is well known that the Minoans were the most skilled sailors of the ancient world and the Minoan civilization is considered to be one of the most advanced ones ever existed on Earth. During this cruise, you can engage yourselves in a variety of activities. Try diving with your mask in the crystal-clear water, as its bottom is of great ecological and archeological interest because of the large variety of undersea discoveries. Or else, you can just relax aboard and enjoy the warm sun. As the boat glides through the water, you will likely encounter dolphins, which love to swim in our bow wake.
