As mentioned, the skipper who is from the area will act as a tour gide and show you the small islands in front of Mali Lošinj, such as Susak and close by Ilovik as well as any island near-by at the Zadar Archipelago such as Premuda, Ist, Molat and you can also opt out to go fishing, swimming or anything you might want.The fuel needs to be refilled after the trip and paid to the owner or skipper on the spot.
